Refunds will only be considered if:

• The item is proven defective on arrival, and
• You notify us within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence.

Lost parcels or courier returns due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery will be refunded once the item is received back at our facility.
Refunds requested before dispatch will be processed in full.
