Delivery Information

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a delivery confirmation email with your tracking information.

If you don’t receive a delivery confirmation email right away, don’t worry! 

We will deliver the items to you within the following date ranges:

UK – Orders posted next-day, 2 – 5 days 

EU – Orders posted next-day, 5 – 8 days

ROW – Orders posted next-day, 5 – 10 days 

Please Note: Whilst we have considerable experience in marking packages for shipping safe, secure and discreet, we cannot be responsible for delays with customs in foreign countries. 

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on stock levels and package sizes. 

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National/Bank holidays. If your order requires additional information to be fully processed, we will get in touch via email.

The Royal Mail shipping company will deliver the majority of orders in the UK. We use Royal Mail as it is one of the best shipping companies that ship quickly and reliably. 

International orders will be sent via a  variety of companies based on our experience of shipping to the destination country, the price, and reliability. We will always choose the absolute best option available to assure a smooth transaction with you. 

Your delivery confirmation email will tell you the name of the carrier that is handling your package and how you can track your package.

Important Information

Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct, as it is not possible to redirect orders for both security purposes and customer service problems. This is even more difficulty for international orders and therefore it is essential ALL information is given to us for your delivery address.
