1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of full payment being received.
- Processing times may vary depending on stock levels, payment verification, and shipping destination.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where applicable.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected misuse, regulatory risk, or payment irregularities.
2. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via reputable couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL, or DPD) using tracked delivery services.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from XL Peptides are lawful for import in their destination country.
- We cannot be held responsible for items delayed, seized, or rejected by customs.
- Orders shipped internationally are declared in compliance with applicable export regulations.
All parcels are labelled generically as “research amino acid samples”. - Where possible, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or customs-cleared shipping is used to minimise customer inconvenience.
We are not liable for delays, confiscations, or rejections caused by customs authorities or import restrictions.
4. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:
- Contact us via info@xlpeptides.com with your order number and tracking details.
- We will open a trace investigation with the courier.
- Replacement or refund will only be issued after the courier confirms the parcel as lost or fails to deliver within a reasonable time frame.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed once the parcel is safely received back at our facility.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receipt via info@xlpeptides.com;
- Include photos of the outer packaging, product label, and the issue observed;
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items due to the research-grade nature of the materials.
6. Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research materials:
- Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective upon delivery;
- Returned items must remain unopened, sealed, and in original condition;
- All return requests must be pre-approved by XL Peptides in writing.
Any unauthorised returns will be destroyed for safety and cannot be refunded.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Pre-dispatch cancellation: Full refund issued to the original payment method.
- Lost parcel (confirmed by courier): Full refund or replacement.
- Damaged/defective on arrival: Full or partial refund upon evidence and approval.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after dispatch;
- Failure to receive due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery;
- Seizures or delays by customs.
All approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
8. Risk & Ownership
All products remain the property of Bio Research Ltd until full payment is received.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch from our facility.
You assume all responsibility for handling, storage, and lawful use upon delivery.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any loss or delay arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Courier or postal disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Supply chain shortages
- Natural disasters or strikes
- Government restrictions or border closures
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfil your order as soon as conditions permit.
