Delivery, Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with XL Peptides, a trading name of Bio Research Ltd (Company No. 15464334), registered in England and Wales.

1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared.

Dispatch times may vary depending on:

  • payment verification,
  • stock availability,
  • destination country,
  • or regulatory checks.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery estimates are guidelines only and are not guaranteed timeframes.

Courier delays, customs inspections, or external disruptions may affect delivery times and are outside our control.

3. Returned Parcels & Failed Delivery

UK delivery is provided free of charge.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery address;
  • failed delivery attempts or non-collection;
  • refusal of delivery;

the order will not be automatically re-shipped.

Once the parcel is received back and inspected, we will:

  • cancel the order; and
  • issue a refund to the original payment method minus an administrative and restocking fee of up to £5.

If you still require the items, a new order must be placed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout. We cannot accept liability for failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.

We will:

  1. open a trace investigation;
  2. await the courier’s formal response.

Refunds or replacements are issued only after the courier confirms the parcel as lost or undeliverable.

While we escalate all cases promptly, investigation timelines are determined by the courier and may be outside our control.

If a replacement or refund is issued and the original parcel later arrives:

  • you must notify us immediately;
  • we will arrange return of the duplicate goods or payment for them.

Failure to notify us may constitute unlawful retention of goods.

5. Parcels Marked as Delivered

Once a parcel is confirmed delivered by the courier to:

  • the delivery address provided;
  • a nominated safe place; or
  • a neighbour or authorised recipient;

responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

If a Delivered Parcel Is Reported Stolen

You must:

  1. Report the incident to your local police authority
  2. Provide us with either:
    • a copy of the police report; or
    • a screenshot of the report submission confirmation.

This documentation allows us to investigate and pursue a claim with the courier.

We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion once evidence has been reviewed.

Claims may be declined where:

  • delivery confirmation exists (GPS/photo/signature);
  • no police documentation is provided;
  • suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Responsibility

Customers ordering internationally are responsible for ensuring products are permitted for import in their country.

We are not responsible for:

  • customs delays,
  • import refusals,
  • regulatory seizures,
  • or additional local charges.

Parcels are declared in accordance with shipping regulations and may be described generically as:

“Research amino acid samples.”

7. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued where:

  • a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier;
  • an order is cancelled before dispatch;
  • an item arrives defective and evidence is provided.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • delivery failures caused by incorrect address;
  • customs seizures;
  • change of mind after dispatch.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

8. Courier & External Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • courier disruption,
  • customs inspections,
  • severe weather,
  • strikes,
  • government restrictions,
  • transport interruptions.
