We reserve the right to:

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery terms are governed by our Delivery, Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Customs inspections
- Government restrictions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
7. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods remains with Bio Research Ltd until full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the courier to:
- the delivery address provided at checkout;
- a nominated safe place; or
- a neighbour or authorised third party.
Once marked delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
8. Lost, Delayed & Delivered Parcels
Where a parcel is delayed or missing, we will investigate with the courier before issuing any refund or replacement.
Refunds or replacements are processed only after courier confirmation of loss.
If a replacement or refund is issued and the original parcel later arrives, you must notify us and either:
- return the duplicate goods; or
- pay for the duplicate goods.
Where a parcel is marked delivered but reported stolen, we may require:
- a copy of a police report; or
- a screenshot of report submission confirmation
before considering replacement or refund.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to provide order, tracking, delivery, and correspondence evidence to the payment provider.
Where a dispute is raised for goods confirmed delivered and no supporting documentation (such as a police report) has been provided, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding balance and associated administrative costs through lawful means, including debt recovery or court proceedings where appropriate.
10. Returns
Due to the research-grade nature of our products, returns are only accepted where items are defective upon arrival.
Returned parcels caused by incorrect address or failed delivery may incur an administrative and restocking fee of up to £5.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Bio Research Ltd shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- loss of profit or opportunity
- misuse of products
- regulatory breaches by customers
- delivery delays outside our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- statutory consumer rights under UK law
